Objectives: - Define the infrastructure for the Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child effort in Nebraska. - Describe the process for implementing successful collaborations between NDE programs and school districts in assisting schools to meet professional development and school improvement efforts. - Identify the key components to implementing best practices in nutrition, physical activity and managing chronic diseases that lead to improved attendance, family and community engagement and increased school connectedness.
