Student Privacy Made Simpler Through Collaboration

Increasing online applications and websites that enhance the classroom experience require schools to be more diligent with what these tools are doing with student data. Participants will understand why protecting student data is so important and what tools are available for school districts through the Nebraska Student Privacy Alliance (NSPA). The NSPA is a collaborative effort intended to provide resources and information about student privacy and coordinate efforts with vendor relationships to streamline process and increase transparency using an agreed upon standard approach and tools.
